Total time: 3 hrs 15 mins
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked chicken – chopped
- 1 cup onion – diced
- 1 cup celery – diced
- 1 cup carrot – diced
- ½ cup peas
- 4x 14 oz cans low sodium chicken broth
- 2x 10 ¾ oz cans condensed cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
- 2 tsp each herb
- Chervil
- Chives
- Parsley
- Tarragon
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 2 cups egg noodles – cooked
Directions:
- Remove skin from chicken and chop
- Add to crock pot:
- Chicken
- Onions
- Celery
- Carrots
- Peas
- Stir in:
- Broth
- Mushroom soup
- Herbs
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours
- Or low for 8-9 hours
- Stir in egg noodles before serving
Variation:
Add two cloves of minced garlic to the veggies, sprinkle in some poultry seasoning, and omit peas.
